PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Direct Deposit and major credit/debit cards through our online shop at eCaribbeanOnline.com.

Please be aware that credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

EXCHANGES

You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and colour variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange.  Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

RETURNS

There are absolutely NO RETURNS on our products but we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange if you believe the product you received is defective within the first 7 days. To qualify for an exchange you must send an email to info@brandh2h.com within the first 7 days of receipt of your product. Please be aware that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the product at our facility for quality control inspection. We reserve all rights to decide if the product is defective. There will be no refunds or exchanges on hair that has been warn, colored, lifted, straightened, permed or chemically altered.

All Custom Units are final sale.
